Return Policy

We accept return requests for eligible U.S. orders within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging, and have the original tags attached. Items marked Final Sale and international orders are not eligible for return.

Start your return at our returns portal. Standard returns must use the carrier label provided through the portal. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable, and return labels expire 28 days after the return request is created.

Standard store-credit returns qualify for a $10 bonus.

For damaged or incorrect items, photos are required and the request will be reviewed. If approved, Mod + Proper will cover the return-label cost.

Refunds are issued after the return is received and approved. Additional bank processing time may apply.

If you opted into Checkout+: your order is covered by package protection. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, once approved, we'll replace the item at no extra cost (or issue a refund/store credit if it's out of stock). For damaged items, please include a photo of the damage when you file.

If you opted out of Checkout+: your order is not protected against carrier loss or damage, and we're unable to cover replacements for shipping-related issues.

Please inspect your order when it arrives and file any claim within 30 days of the delivery date.
